Born and raised in Miami Dade County, Chef Jorgie Ramos embodies Miami and its food. Taught at home by his Father and Grandmother Chef Jorgie was able to grow into one of Miami’s top Chefs with his unique style of blending classic Spanish style with a New Americana/ Rustic flare. In his first year as a Chef he has shown bits and pieces of what he is capable of as the Chef Owner of B&S Gastropub (Barley & Swine) recently named 2014 Best Restaurant in South Miami Dade by the Miami New Times and best Gastropub in all of South Florida by the Miami Herald . There is no limit to where this young and home grown Chef can take his city and his people on his culinary adventure.
